• booking data: selected branch, service, date, barber, and visit history
• order data: cart contents, price, order number, order status, and selected delivery method

• voucher data: voucher code, validity, redemption status, recipient name, and optional personal message
• payment data received from the payment gateway: payment status, transaction identifier, and related technical details; we do not process card numbers

• order, invoice, and accounting data are retained for the periods required by accounting and tax laws

• marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the recipient unsubscribes
